How long will it take for customer service to respond?

You can expect a response within 1-3 business days. Our customer service team works Monday to Friday.

 

My tracking information says my package was delivered but I have not received my package. What should I do now?

On few occasions, the courier service may deliver your package late - please wait one business day to see if this is the case. If you have waited two to three days, please email info@saintave.com for further instructions. Please note that once the package is in care of the courier, delivery is their responsibility. We cannot guarantee any courier as their schedule, work ethic, employees, and delivery are completely out of our control.

 

What is the best way to wash my SAINT AVE gear?

For best care, we recommend washing on cold, and tumble dry or hang dry. Please turn the clothes inside out when washing. 

 

How can I refund/exchange my SAINT AVE gear?

Does SAINT AVE pay for customs on my shipping order?

SAINT AVE's shipping price covers the delivery of your shipment through the courier service, however it does NOT cover any other costs regarding customs and/or duty tax. Once a package is in the care of the courier, delivery is their responsibility and if there are any additional costs pertaining to the shipment, the onus is on the customer.
